Work is increasingly team-based, but teams often stall when people don’t listen, conversations are dominated, or ideas get shut down. Improv gives teams a way to practice the unscripted moments—unexpected questions, shifting briefs, tricky conversations—in a low-stakes environment, so the behaviours show up when the stakes are real. Because it’s experiential (“learn by doing”), it builds shared habits quickly: listen, build, adapt, and move forward together.
We design and facilitate improv-based experiences for organisations that want better human skills at work—without the awkwardness of traditional “training.” Typical outcomes include:
